Dumisile Nxumalo Martin is the ever-charming host of the festival's Market Tent. Dumisile was born and raised in Manzin, Swaziland. After completing her masters work at Tulane University, she joined the Foreign Service with American husband Bill Martin, serving in posts throughout Africa and India.  After retiring from the Foreign Service, Dumicile and her husband settled in the bucolic, rolling hills of Charlottesville, Virginia.
