Lamb Ooohhhh! Chef Leslie of the South African Food & Wine Fest welcomes Chef David Jacobson to this years festival. Chef David will be flying up from Miami with his family to prepare Lamb-On-The-Spit, one of his signature dishes. Chef David hails from Cape Town, was trained in London & Paris and has worked in fine restaurants in Europe, Australia and the US. Among his many accomplishments, Chef David owned a South African restaurant in Greenwich CT and has been featured on Food Network. |
